  • Documentation:- you complete contract pank and supply required documents
  • Reporting:- solicitors request searches and once returned, raise enquiries
  • Agreeing Dates:- solicitors contact all parties then agree dates
  • Exchange of Contracts:- contracts are exchanged and the property is legally yours (make sure you have B&C insurance in place)
  • Completion:- you can pickup the keys to your new property
